I bought the $50 option for points and was charged, I have the proof i was charged but i didn't recieve the points on my account. Is there anything I can do to get the points instead of requesting my bank charge back for failure to recieve the points?

Please contact Xsolla support as they handle the donation process. (in the bottom left of the donation page there’s a chat bubble icon, you can use that to get in touch with them).

Do not issue a charge back if you value your account at all.
