Where are the eggs

It seems if they use Fling, it destroys their hold item permanently so that's a thing to watch out for.
To reply to someone's early comment that they were getting just Damp Rocks, it seems to be Damp Rocks, Pretty Wings, and Lucky Eggs Small. Be patient.

Yeah, we need to find some hordes outside of the fling level range, or something else that lays eggs.

I got the feeling that stuff like tailow/swellow also hold them (there was a bunch of chinese players at the giant chasm entrance).

As someone who frequents Giant Chasm a lot, they have always been there. I think they farm Absol or something. But worth checking out other birds for sure.

Now it has used Fling and the item didn't get consumed or vanish. I'm not sure if they saw my above post and made a ninja edit or Fling is wonky and broken. Maybe Pretty Wings can't be thrown because they don't work in a damage calculation?

Has anyone found a Wingull holding a Lucky Egg or is it just Pelipper? I dunno if it's worth surfing without using Sweet Scent and stealing from the Wingull or not.

 

Like others have said, Undella Town's water has 100% chance of encountering a Wingull/Pelipper horde every time you use Sweet Scent, but the Pelipper know Fling. You could stop them by using Imprison with a Pokemon that also knows Fling - it stops other Pokemon from being able to use the same attacks as you.

 

As for what Pokemon can learn both Thief/Covet/Switcheroo/Trick, Imprison and Fling, and also have the ability Frisk, it seems like it's only Duskull which only has Frisk as its hidden ability so we can't get it. :/

 

Just gotta hope the Pelipper doesn't use Fling for now.

Hi everyone,

 

only thief works, trick does not work anymore for some reason.

undella town outside the PC, surf there and sweet scent, they are 100% encounter rate.

 

Use a pokemon that has the ability frisk, skills needed: Thief, Imprison/ magic room.

 

imprison/ magic room disables pelipper from using fling.

 

best pokemon for this would be Gothitelle as her attack is the lowest and has frisk. Banette and Stantler have high attack

So now I have a Fling (a few posts above) that didn't consume hold item Pretty Wing and here I have a Fling that didn't consume a Lucky Egg (Small). I guess if one flings a Damp Rock and it doesn't work, we know they changed it so Fling doesn't entirely destroy an item after battle.

ATM fling seems to be bugged, it works with damp rocks and fails with wings/eggs. They might patch it up at a later date.
