Kind of confused about something in the new update: 

 

• Amulet Coin is now a (+50% Money / 1 hour) charm type
  
  Does this mean that amulet coin only works once every hour?

No, its a buff item that once used the item disappears and you get a buff that boosts your money gains by 50% for an hour, so you'll be getting 150% money for the entire hour, not a single source.

It's an interesting mechanic nerfed the income on gyms and NPC's to make us farm amulet coin to have the profit we had before that nerf.

So once I use amulet coin once it will disappear? And I don't get money from every trainer?

You will get money from a trainer, it boosts the payout of everything for an hour.
