Also, you could find Riches Charms in Lucky Envelopes, which were available during the Lunar New Year event several months ago. They are now available on Trade Chat or GTL. You can also find Amulet Coins on wild Meowth or some NPCs such as the Prof Aid on Route 16. Link to comment
