July 2019 Tier Changes

This month is the last month in a cycle and as such we will be using usage cutoffs of 4.36 to rise or fall, the following movements will be occurring:

 

Moving down to UU from OU:
Umbreon, Porygon2,  Zoroark

 

Moving down to UU from BL

Mamoswine

Moving up to UU from NU:
Manectric, Electrode

 

Moving down to NU from UU: 
Wobbuffet
