About auto declining trade/adding/battle/inviting a link

cxide

Question

As written title, I have some suggestions on these.

1. Certain declines should be only activated by blocking players.

-->This is because we are able to detect if one is using bot for shiny hunting/fishing or etc.

--->This may be annoying but, if you are not really using bots, you can block the trainers and activate auto decline for trades/invite a link/adding friends/battle.

QUESTION:

IF one is not using bot and having those auto declines, how to know if he/she using bot?It is logical that she/he running from battles and not responding to whispers.

Ye, we can also report certain players to admins, but what if they do have responded one time while the admins test them while they are using bots? and continued using bots for shiny hunting etc as they are believed as "not bot users".

If my thoughts are wrong, I will like to be advised much.

If a player decides to auto decline trade / friend / team / battle requests and goes to /dnd mode, it has nothing to do with botting... it's just a personal choice to not get annoyed by other people when you're not in the mood.

When you block a player you cannot see their messages.

At times you just want to afk / grind / do whatever you are doing without any intervention, at times reading the chat too.

If you're suggesting that a person must be manually blocked just to activate auto declines, that would be indeed very annoying and irritating especially when you get requests like those quite a lot.

Also, don't worry about bot hunting, you're not part of staff, let them do your job, you enjoy the game.

Either way, those exist aswell to block the annoying kids that go around, spammng trade requests/battle requests while we afk in the best city this game has to offer, just gets annoying after a while, it's one of those small QoL that actually has some impact, and is good.
