Ability stall does nothing

So I wasn't sure exactly where to post this, so I guess I'll post it here.

The ability stall doesn't work.

 

I've got a sableye and I decided I'd play around with this ability and payback... The thing is this ability does nothing. My sableye still seems to enjoy outspending other Pokemon. Not sure if everyone is experiencing this problem, or it it's somehow something on my end. 

 

Just wanted to point this out so that it hopefully gets fixed, and to warn anyone who is planning on using the ability that, welp, atm, the ability seems to have absolutely no effect. Thx all
