Came back after a break, help with team appreciated

Hey, i came back after some time and i have quite some pokemon available, so im wondering and asking for help what would be a good team setup for this meta because i seem pretty noobish in it.. Is it worth building around rain or sandstorm team, and what am i missing? Any help would be appreciated.

 

i have those pokemon available: (all EVs im able to re-train if needed, so i will just type their nature)
