Ask to switch PKMN after opponent's PKMN faints

I was hoping that the game could ask the player if they want to switch out their Pokémon after defeating an opponent's Pokémon. This could make the battle experience a bit more smoother and also more convenient.

It was decided that for mmo, it will be set like this as default. 

It's standard Pokemon games style too- you can always choose it for your adventure on single player games. However for MMO, it gives a bit more challenge, hence why it was set like this.
In short, since it's been years, I highly doubt it will be changed.
