I do not receive the code in the email to play on another device

Hi. I play from the mobile and I also want to play with the same account from the PC but I have to send a code to the email. the problem is that about 4 hours ago I was supposed to have arrived and I have not received it. Can anybody help me? Thank you

has verified if your email is the correct one you are using, if it is the right one, wait for a staff member to respond to your problem and give you a solution. 

although you should wait, it usually happens that sometimes it takes time to get the notification of your verification code.
