Could you bring back shakey grass in Unova?? Let's have some Audinos

Phenomena (Rustling Grass, Rippling Water, Flying Shadow, and Dust Clouds) are still an existing feature, they are just very rare encounters. Regarding Audino, you can find them at the following locations in rustling grass :
