I'm a Little Disapppointed.

Hi, i'm an old PokeMMO player that have been in PokeMMO since it only had Kanto region.

I had a ton of Pokemons under the name GymLeaderLily & to my understanding, while its been stated by staff members a few years back that they delete accounts that has been inactive for 6 months, or have low amounts of money in-game.. my username still exists in the game & i'm pretty sure i had a lot of money as well.

 

My only problem is that i do not know what exact email did i use to register GymLeaderLily in-game, i know for the fact that it's not the same for this account.

I've basically been locked out of my own main account i use daily, out of spite not remembering which email i used to register.

 

I wish i could request the staff to activate a reset password email onto the GymLeaderLily account, but i know that probably won't be possible..

But in regards, if that's possible i would really appreciate it.

I've posted a request, not sure if it's gonna even help because i myself am confused about the whole thing.

I don't know what email is the account register on, nor what the login username is for GymLeaderLily.

use this link https://pokemmo.eu/account_forgot_username/

you can type in all of your email addresses in there and if any of them hold an account with pokemmo it will email you all of the usernames associated with it

 

once you have got your username you can use this if you don't remember the password

Again, that only works with Login usernames.

I do not remember the username that was used specifically for the character GymLeaderLily.

 

The character still exists in the game & i can send a mail to the character in the game.

Which explains why i can't register as the same character name again.

 

I just want them to tell me what email was used to create the account that holds the character GymLeaderLily.

I tried every email i could remember & non of them contained the character.. this character means the world to mean & it has at least one shiny as i recall.

 

I've defeated the elites on this character, it was one of my first characters in the game.
