Cinthel Posted February 22, 2019 Share Posted February 22, 2019 You have to erase the cache and then return to open the game, if that problem still happens then you would have to delete the game and download it again. Link to comment

PokeMMO saves all of your character's data and progress server-side, so if you successfully created a character and logged in it will still exist, so methods such as what Cinthel mentioned may indeed help you and you will not need to worry about losing any progress by deleting and reinstalling the game, etc. If these do not solve your problem however, we have a section of the forums specifically to help you with such problems over here in the support section:https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/forum/47-support-request/ Please make a thread in this section with as many details as you can describing your problem and someone will help you as soon as they are able.
