Shiny Hunting is to slow

When u want to shiny hunt , u encounter pokes way to slow .... they appear , pop ..... ur pokemon appears ... pop....    U SEND OUT CHARIZARD .... 2 hours later , RUN AWAY . 
it is way to slow , can u not make it abit faster like 2-3 seconds quicker to pop out ur poke or some . The shiny hunt takes ages like this if u have a desire for one. 

In another poke mmo it was way quicker and the shiny hunting was real. Like that it doesnt even make sense cause u need 100 years till u find one in that kind of speed . 
I cant grind shinys like this.

Try to lead with a pokemon with Runaway ability (eevee/ponyta/rapidash etc). Cuts out the "got away safely" message at least, which saves a tiny amount of time. Other than that you're not gonna get quicker. Just gotta have patience and they will come eventually.

In PokeMMO there are several ways to speed up the rate at which one can hopefully encounter a shiny.

• As awkways mentioned having a pokemon with the Ability Runaway removes the final "Got Away Safely" message prompt saving a few seconds.
• Sweet Scent can be used to consume 5 PP in order to cause multiple pokemon to appear in a single battle in the form of a Horde which speeds up the amount of pokemon you can encounter in the same period of time.
• The item "Shiny Charm" introduced in the latest update can give you a 10% increased chance to encounter a shiny for one hour.
• Donator status, which can be gotten via the Gift Shop or by trading with other players, such as through the GTL, can used to increase your chance of encounter a shiny by 10%.
• Shiny Charm and Donator Status stack when used together so using both of them with a runaway pokemon as your lead with a pokemon who can summon hordes through sweet scent with many Leppa berries to restore its PP for multiple uses would be the optimal way to Shiny Hunt. (You can even bind Sweet Scent to a hotkey for convenience).
