What is the highest chance to land a critical hit in pokemmo? Because in 6 gen+ scope lens+sniper+focus energy+high crit ratio move is 100% chance, is the same here?

These 2 factors alone will guarantee a critical hit regardless of the move.

Actually High crit ratio move + Scope Lens + Talent like Sniper or Super Luck will also be a guaranteed Critical Hit ! (Scope Lens Absol Night Slash for ex)
