DPAD and "resolution" on android devices

Hello trainers

There are a couple of ideas that hover in my head and I would like to know if these changes can be made or at least planted.

1- Move the DPAD in the android client, basically I would like to be able to freely move the DPAD to adjust it more to how I 
usually get the tablet, for my taste it is too high and centered, and the truth would be great to change it, I always position 
wrong fingers

2- change the resolution, at least I think it is the resolution, I play on several devices (smartphone + tablet + pc) when I play 
on the smartphone I see a lot less screen range, much less than the originals for example, would be well be able to adjust the
resolution, first to have it on all devices with the same distance from the camera and second because on the smartphone in some areas 
like I'm stuck to the character.
