Hi brothers, I wanted to ask if I can report certain sanctions made by some of the STAFF to me that seem wrong to me, placing my respective tests. I do not know if this is the right section to ask for help, sorry if it is not, is that I am new to the forum and I know very little English

If it is regarding a ban appeal, the outcomes of which are final. If you have not appealed against the sanctions, you are free to do so using the ban appeals section of the forum website. If you have any specific issues with a member of staff, it is best to privately contact a SGM.

The ban appeals section does not solely refer to bans from the game, other sanctions handed by staff such as being muted from the chat can be appealed.

@WaelESP There are such topics we don't allow to be discussed publicly on our platforms which includes drug references. This is the reason you have been muted and the punishment duration depends on your history of violations. Hope that clears it up for you
