How to evolution?

Could someone help me, teaching me how to evolve these Pokémons Graveler to Golem, Kadabra to Alakazam, Haunter to Gengar, Machoke to Machamp, Seadra to Kingdra and Onix to Steelix?

The evolutions for the above are the same as the console games and involve trading the Pokemon to another player and back again. Some of the above also need to hold items when trading such as Metal coat for Steelix and the Dragon Scale for Kingdra. If you need further info or someone to do these trades with, feel free to whisper me ingame.

Trade Graveler with another player for it to evolve to Golem.

Trade Kadabra with another player for it to evolve to Alakazam.

Trade Haunter with another player for it to evolve to Gengar.

Trade Machoke with another player for it to evolve to Machamp.

Trade Seadra while it is holding a Dragon Scale with another player for it to evolve to Kingdra.

Trade Onix while it is holding a Metal Coat with another player for it to evolve to Steelix.
