Any way to re-arange pokemon moves?

I know it may sound stupid, but is there any way to re-arange a pokemons moves?

 

or would my best bet be teach it a TM, then go to move re learner and hope he can teach it the move I want. then put the move in the place I wanted it to be?

You only need to right click on your pokemon, switch on the window where the attacks are shown and there you can switch the position of the attacks with the arrows next to them

You can use the arrows (Next to the moves in the summary) to re-arrange the moves.

Playing in Hoenn and these aren't there.
