"Newly created characters cannot be deleted"

Hi, I just created a new character but I noticed I made a mistake so I wanted to delete it but there was a message saying "Newly created characters cannot be deleted"...

When will I be able to delete it? In one hour? In one day? Or more? And wilI I be able to use the same name again? Thanks.

Once the character is deleted, the name will be available again.
