fail to breed ?

my poke have a problem to breed, she dont inherit her egg mov,, (extrem Speed (special toutor) and Volt Tackle)

Pichu can't learn extremespeed, also extremespeed is special move for pikachu and not egg move. For volt tackle you still need the parent to hold light ball for it to pass to the offspring, having the parent know it alone is not enough.

Yes. Volt Tackle is not an Egg move, and cannot be passed down by simply breeding with a parent that knows the move. The only way for Pichu to hatch knowing Volt Tackle is for one of the parents to hold a Light Ball.
