Fainted when disconnecting

After the 10/4 update, I've found the thing new that's not in the changelog(?)

When disconnected in PVE or wild pokemon battle, terminated the session then relogin, it shows that some actions has been restricted for like 10 min from the time your disconnect.

This one is not in changelog, and I only tried out that using sweet scent is restricted in the restriction time.

can anyone tell what else are in the "some actions"?

I don't thing this is anything new.  There must be some sort of exploit with disconnecting and sweet scent.  I'd like to know what it is because for the life of me I can't think of one.  You also get this message if you exit a player vs player match by force logging out (which a concede button would fix).
