Imo, Luxury ball have the best looking.

It really depends on the Pokemon it houses, I think: I really prefer to have a Pokeball that matches their aesthetic, like a Lure Ball on a shiny Yanmega, or a Premier Ball on my shiny Yveltal.

 

Overall, the Luxury Ball, Dream Ball and Premier Ball are my top favorites, with Dive Balls and Heal Balls as runner-ups. It's the whole-Pokeball look that makes them unique and fun; I want to like stuff like the Moon Ball more, but its lower half isn't anything unique.
