I just want to know how I can walk with my pokemon on generation 5 without it telling me my species of pokemon is to shy to leave pokeball. Please help me out and thank you.

Also final question. Where do I move the mod once it's downloaded so it'll actually work?

 - open mod folder

      - copy past it in 

 - mod menu 

      - activate it !

Saw you posted in the mod thread itself asking for assistance, so I'm assuming you still are having trouble.

 

You need to drop the .mod file in the Mods folder (PokeMMO->Data->Mods *insert here*).

Once it' in there, close and launch the client again. Upon start up (before logging in), in the bottom right corner by settings is "Mod Management". Click on that then activate the mod and click save. The client will then restart - then you can begin playing with the follower sprites for gen 5 pokes.

Im still confused on how to get the mod itself to work what did you do?

Once you put it in mods folder enable it at Mod Management on main screen.
