Help with catching Pokemon

So I'm looking for a move just like false swipe, I am having trouble looking it up (or it doesn't exist) . I'm not looking for hold back though as I want a move that can hit ghost types I thought there was a fire type move that did that but I can't be sure as I could be thinking of Will o Whisp that just causes burn.

There's only False Swipe but there is move that can make you touch Ghost-Type. 

 

The best in my opinion is Soak to use Spore on Grass-Type too.
