riolu in pinwheel forest classed as special in grass? what does this mean.

Hey guys,

i've just got 4th badge in Unova and dex says Riolu is in pinwheel forest, but the dex says it is special in grass. What does it mean by special?

been hunting for a while using SS and just walking around.if anyone knows please please tell me :)

so its like an ultra rare spawn in grass? or does it require certain circumstance?

PS: Do not forget to check the most recent Update Notes, since Phenomenas got updated a little. It's important to take note that only one Phenomena occurs somewhere in Unova and changes every 15 mins. ~
