Cause they're ugly that's why.

 

Eitehr way, they were removed cause they exist somewhere else. Part of the 'horde fix' that happened in last patch.

If you want to evtrain SATK, you can do it in Cerulean Cave on water (5x Golduck) and in Unova's route below Undella in grass (also 5x Golduck). There's supposed to be a spot somewhere in Hoenn but I'm not aware where exactly it is and which pokes are in it

Also in unova, route 12, dark grass, 5 roselias 100%, 10 EVs/horde

• They were removed because it was an early access in the game and it's breaking the game because new players might not be able to escape the hordes and put them back in spawn or players are able to ev farm the hordes early in the game which waste their time than re battling npcs to level up and gain exp making their pokemon more balanced and stronger and it's easier to breed 5*31 or 6*31 iv pokemons and farm ev horde using earthquake, surf, swift etc. than train your pokemon who has no to not so perfect iv you found in the wild.

If they are found in Fire Red then that means it might not be lore friendly.

Beautifly hordes were post e4 in Island 6.

Final answer, they moved it to the next region update and swapping pokemon horde places to fix the game I think. Idk at least I ain't one of those kids who says they were removed because they're ugly.
