Did you try re-installing the client Mayu? Also I think you'd have to make a support request.

 

I'd first make a request and then re-install the client, devs might wanna take a look into the logs to see wot happened

have you tried turning it off and on again?

Update Java and reinstall client, if that doenst work, support request it is, I guess.
