How can i disable the "fog" of maps?

Hi, i want to know if is possible to disable the fog effect of some areas like Pokemon Tower in kanto, any idea how can i do that? or where is the file of the fog?

Bad news for me, i don´t like the effect of that fog,  to be honest i cant see nothing xD.

Are you sure this is a part of the map, i mean, the fog effect of GBA Roms are completely different, and you can see the same fog in kanto and hoenn. that because im sure this is an effect of the game client.
