Where can I find seeds?

Different varieties of seeds and their location is what I'm asking for answers.

Harvesting berries and GTL.

Get harvesting tools at various berry plots from a flower shop woman.

Nevermind, I tried searching berries but nothing pops out so I used www to find berry locations and it showed me this guide which was very helpful, They can be all snatched by pokemons and now all i need is to figure out how to turn them into seeds, the berries.
