Question

Pokemon riding qualification test

  • If you want to ride on your pokemon, you must obtain a qualification from the test.
  1. You need to talk to NPC to get related tasks.
  2. Collect enough relevant materials (combat/other ways), deliver NPC, wait for the end of time (production takes a certain amount of time, may fail, when it fails, you must collect materials again), get "reins"
  3. Continue to collect relevant materials, deliver NPC, and get "saddle"(Same as the second part, when it fails, you have to collect the material again.)
  4. When you have "rein" and "saddle", you need to go to the relevant examples to take the test.
  5. In the test, your number of actions is limited, you must drive the frightened pokemon to a specific location in order to pass the test.
  6. When you pass the test, you will get the "pokemon ride qualification certificate".

  • Riding conditions
  1. You must have "Reins", "Saddle" and "pokemon ride qualification certificate"
  2. You must have a rideable pokemon.(When your pokemon is shiny. After riding, it is still shiny).
  3. Your pokemon must reach 100% happiness before you can ride

  • Feeding conditions
  1. When you ride pokemon, happiness will gradually decrease. When you lower it to 0, you will be forced to cancel the "riding posture". You must feed foods that increase happiness or other ways to increase happiness.

What kinds of pokemon can you ride?

Are they like Tauros, Boldore, Eeveelutions, Charizards, Rhyhorn or pokemons that can be used as a horse like Arcanine, NidoKing, Onix, Metagross, etc?

Does it give speed boost than bikes or negative speed boost because they're too heavy or slow?

Can you ride pokemons on their shoulders like Charizard, Machamp, Tangrowth, Dragonite, Ampharos, Mantine, Electrivire, etc?

Can you ride small pokemons that can support your weight according to the pokedex?

I'd probably limit it to pokemon which are large enough and reins would be not missplaced.

Such as Tauros, Rapidash, Arcanine, Rhyhorn for ground.

Lapras, Gyarados for water.

The idea itself is very good

yep. These are mainstream, they appear in anime.

The protagonist rode them to participate in the competition.
