It would be good that after passing the league you can pass it again but that of the competitive league option and this will contain the pokemon with 4x31 or 5x31 ivs and with competitive strategies, style pachirisu kills dragons.

just saying i am pretty sure the e4 has allready comp pokemon (or nearly) and you can rebattle them they also have comp moveset and an advanced ai compared to the base game so it allready is a challenge. an ai is limited to how much it can play has a comp player so i don't even think your suggestion is possible also for those whoo want greater challenge there is allways pvp.

You can rebattle E4. They got stronger every time, until they reach 100lv.
