I was pretty sure I was getting it, despite not being as active and "tryhard" as I was last year, I'm still somehow listed as a top 10 Overall player around here (Check LK's thread). I had a blast last time I managed and I'm pretty sure my players enjoyed playing for Blazikens, just as much as my future players will enjoy playing for my next team. If you have any doubts then go ask them. Now to address some things being said about me: He's forum banned for a year - Good observation, I tried to appeal like a month ago, but it was denied simply because higher staff holds some sort of grudge against me for whatever reason. (Could be because I unfriended all of them) This will make communicating with his players harder - Like...what? Discord being a live action chat and forums being...forums. How is it harder to get in touch with people on the 1st option? I wasn't even banned on forums last time I managed and guess what? Never created a forum PM for the team. Used discord the entire time. If he's banned on forums, he won't respect the rules of PSL - Solid point there...jk. I got banned for mostly shitposting, actually it was all shitposting. When it comes to playing mons though, or anything in life really, I have a nasty competitive spirit. I don't like shortcuts and I don't encourage other people taking them, hard work pays off. I'm there if a player needs advice on teambuilding or just needs to scrim and that's it. You want a coach go join AW, Sia or w/e. He's got a big ego - For sure, and if you can't handle it, idfc. If you do, we're probably great friends. But if you think having a big ego = wasting my time with coaching Z tier players, I'll just tell you I'd rather use that time smacking my head against a wall (and it would still cause me less brain injury). I already woke up to a bunch of discord PMs asking me to place people on my squad sooooo I must have done something right around here. Oh yeah one last thing, fred is trash. Like seriously. Lol, I was not at all surprised I wasnt made manager, sure it was disappointing, but its not the reason I posed that question. I feel like there were many more promising candidates than the ones chosen. If anything Id like to know the criteria for the ones chosen.
