Change pokemon after defeat pokemon

After i defeat the pokemon of enemy hard to change pokemon in battle because the enemy can attack after you defeat pokemon and change other pokemon

I assume your talking about battle style in the original pokemon games.Shift vs Set.

 

Shift = After you beat a pokemon.Your being told what the next pokemon will be sent and if you want to switch your pokemon whitout losing a turn.

Set =  No info on next poke and no free switch.

 

Shift is a stupid feature they added in my opinion and its sad that' its the standard battle mode in the original games until you change it manually.

Shift kills all the fun in the game especially when npc were alredy easy in the original games.At least they made them stronger and more fun here.
