Opal3212
So im not sure if this holds true for your pokemon, but elesa's joltik and emolga's volt switch and uturn in joltiks case dont seem to function properly, and dont switch out her pokemon. Link to comment

Both moves don't work on NPC but they do work for players like you and me. It will surely be fixed soon. Edited July 4, 2018 by Vaelyaz grammar Link to comment

People complain even with the easy pvp, due to obedience levels. But yeah idk, it's just my wild guess, that it is intended. Vaelyaz 1 Link to comment

But yeah idk, it's just my wild guess, that it is intended. People will always complain about difficulty. They always want the easy way, which imo is boring. I prefer having to try many times a boss to finally understand the AI and then beat it than having a easy fight. Edited July 4, 2018 by Vaelyaz grammar Link to comment

Its not, logic for switching with those moves just hasn't been added for NPCs yet. Either way this will come in time so I am going to go ahead and close this.
