[Denied]Bring Suggestion Box's post requirement back

I never knew how good the restriction was until it was removed, and new waves of poor suggestions flooded in. Please make people think about their suggestions before posting them, and make the post requirement at least 10.

They will post them anyways, the difference is before they were posting them in general discussion which is, IMO worse.

Suggestion posts still end up in GD now, so it doesn't make a difference. At least if a limit is in place then someone can inform the poster to think more about their idea.

We can also move them here now without potentially locking that user out of contributing more to their discussion. A limit does not force them to think about their idea at all; it forces them to feel like they need to spam their post count up or give up on posting it at all. The restriction was put in place ages ago when we didn't allow duplicate suggestions and the section was much busier than it is currently.
