Rate my first team!

Hello I just theorycrafted a team, can you help me giving me some advise?

 

Tyranitar @ Chople Berry  
Ability: Sand Stream  
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Atk / 168 SpD  
Adamant Nature  
- Stealth Rock  
- Pursuit  
- Crunch  
- Fire Blast  

 

This is my lead pokemon, I will stealth rock on my first move and I'll base my strategy on his Sand Stream Ability. Chople Berry so he doesn't gets OHKO.

 

Gengar @ Life Orb  
Ability: Cursed Body  
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe  
Timid Nature  
IVs: 0 Atk  
- Shadow Ball  
- Thunderbolt  
- Focus Blast  
- Taunt  

 

He is going to be my revenge killer, Focus Blast can OHKO most of Tyranitars, taunt for special walls.

 

Excadrill @ Life Orb  
Ability: Sand Rush  
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe  
Adamant Nature  
- Earthquake  
- Iron Head  
- Rock Slide  
- Swords Dance  

 

Excadrill is the main physical sweeper, with Sand Rush can outspeed everyone, and with one SD he is a beast.

 

Milotic @ Leftovers  
Ability: Marvel Scale  
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe  
Bold Nature  
- Scald  
- Recover  
- Ice Beam  
- Dragon Tail  

 

Milotic is used as a wall, with Ice beam against drakes and dragon tail to maximize the damage from spikes and stealth rock.

 

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers  
Ability: Iron Barbs  
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SpD  
Relaxed Nature  
IVs: 0 Spe  
- Spikes  
- Leech Seed  
- Power Whip  
- Gyro Ball  

 

He is the main physical wall, he doesn't get dmg by sandstorm also used as a spiker.

 

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb  
Ability: Poison Heal  
EVs: 244 HP / 204 SpD / 60 Spe  
Careful Nature  
- Defog  
- Earthquake  
- Roost  
- Toxic  

The defogger, with toxic poison heal and roost can be very annoying if they don't have a cleric. Also he doesn't get damaged by sand storm.

poison heal is a hidden ability, and we dont have hiddens yet, toxic orb isnt implemented too, and dragon tail dont works yet

 

adamant fire blast tyranitar?, that seems bad but if works for what you want i think its ok

same with gengar cursed body, we have levitate instead, and dragon tail also does not work.

Regarding everything else,

Fire blast but adamant nature?
Gliscor is okish even without poison heal so you can run it if you want, but I'd personally run impish, and find a place for the move taunt somewhere in the kit.

i supose he just see the abilitys of gengar and dont see other than cursed body on showdown teambuilder

i think there are too many fighting weaknesses and in my oppinion gengar isnt enough to cover them. i like the combination of ferrothorn and mantine.maybe you replace milotic for mantine with icebeam and bold nature.
