Buffing/Nerfing some abilities for competitive

Keeping everything at 90 based power - special moves/physical moves and reasoning why.

 

Special Attacks

Thunderbolt - 90 Power

Ice Beam - 90 Power

Flamethrower -90 Power

Shadow Ball - 90 Power

Psychic - 90 Power

Shadow Ball - 80 Power 90

Earth Power - 80 power Buff it to 90 (becomes more usable in TM Form numberious different pokes)

Bug Buzz - 90 Power

Power Gem - is 80 think base power should be increased to 90 ((becomes more usable in TM Form numberious different pokes)_

Air Slash - 90 base power buff 100 accu but flitch reduced to 20%

Focus Blast -  Nerf - Damage reduced to 90 but  acc 100% 

Dark Pulse - Buff - 90 base stab 100 acc

Sludge Bomb - 90  100% acc

Energy Ball - 90 Power 100% acc

Swift - Power 80 normal special stab - no acc checks th

Flash Cannon - 90 potency 100% acc

Surf - 90 potency 100% acc

Dragon Pulse 90 DMG 100% acc

 

Edit:

Special Strikes - Base power 60 -65 power back

Normal Type  -  Covet - 65 (Steal item if you don't have one its given back after battle)

Dark Type - Thief 65 (Steal item if you don't have one its given back after battle)

Steel Type - Iron Head - 65 Power - 100% Increases Defense by 1 stage

Fire Type - Flame Charge 65 Power - 100% increases speed by 1 stage

Electric Type - Thunder Fang 65 Power - 100% increases physical attack damage by 1 stage

Poison Type - Poison Fang 65  Power -  100% reducing physical damage 1 stage

Rock Type - Rock Throw 65 power - High crit chance

Water type - Aqua Tail 65 power - increases special def by 1 stage

Ice Type  - Ice Fang - 65 - decreases special def by 1 stage

Psychic Type:Psychic Fangs - 65 -  30% chance confusion

Ghost Type: Shadow Claw - 65 - Increases evasion by 1 stage

Ground Type: Bulldose - 65 Damage - reduces targets defense by 1 stage

Flying Type Aerial Ace - 65 damage - reduces targets speed by 1 stage

Fighting Type Karate Chop - 65 damage - reduces evasion

Bug Type - Bug Bite - 65 bp - eats targets held item. is healed by 20%

Grass type - Leafage 65 bp - heals for damage you do

 

 

Physical

Earthquake - Damage Decreased from 90 (gains additional uses in battle)

Stone Edge -  90 Power and 100% accu (buff)

Iron Tail -  90 power and 100% ac

Cross Chop - 90 power  100% acc

Waterfall - 90 power 100% acc

Crunch - 90 Power 100% accu

Thunder Punch -  90 base power 100%

Ice Punch - 90 base power 100% acc

Fire Punch - 90 base power 100% acc

Poison Jab - 90 base power 100% acc

Leaf Blade - 90 base power 100% adc

X-Scissor - 90  base power 100% acc

Shadow Punch - 90 base power 100% acc

Dragon Claw - 90 base power 100% acc

Drill Peck - 90 Base power 100% acc

Strenght 90 DMG 100% acc

 

---- 120 base power moves with huge risk moves give recoil moves lower stats. stuff like that this where i see them fit in 

Dig - Damage is increased by 120 (thou if someone quakes while someone uguus its instant kill)

Dive - Damage is increased by 120 (thou if someone surf while your diving instant kill)

Fly - Damage is increased by 120 (thou hit by hurricane/thunder instant kill)

Phantom Force - Damage is increased by 120 (if your pokemon misses it dies) 

 

- 150 base moves require recharge-

I like see more moves like Hyper beam. and giga impact, with more different types

what you to notice something about suggestion here.. all heavy attack/special attack attacks all have base power of 90. on paper it looks completely even and balanced. then what really should be based on is stats/type coverage.  now player has to think if they pokes can cover do they want special or honestly i like see more lightening type Pokemon with more coverage then constantly replying on hidden power fill the the gaps

Why should we stop here? I think we should change the base stats for every Pokemon flat 100 for every stat and change types and type effectiveness until each Pokemon in the game has exactly 4 weaknesses. In addition, each Pokemon should have the same or no abilities at all and the movepools should all have access to at least two physical and special moves of every typing. I think that would be pretty balanced.

having stab move for each type both physical and special power 90 would actually be pretty just damage and coverage

In the next patch we're making every Pokemon mono Normal Type and giving them the same number of stats all across the board. Their movepools will be altered so they can only learn Return and for variation they will only be able to hold a silk scarf or leftovers, we may remove Leftovers if they prove too powerful though.
