I will start by saying that i have played this game for a while, stopped then came back, i was so happy to see Hoen added, i came back and found Unova. Thank you so much for this amazing game, you are really doing a great job allowing us to play for free. Love it !. Silly question is Milotic implemented in Unova? can we fish it?

Feebas is only available in Hoenn, all Pokemon locations are available via the in game Pokedex:
