Diimiitrii
Hi! I read through our Terms of Use, especially the Video section and I believe streaming the game on Twitch.tv is fine on your end, but what do twitch and Nintendo say about that? Is it legal to stream PokeMMO? Can I be banned from twitch or charged by Nintendo for it? I'd appreciate an answer, because I'd really love to stream it without losing my twitch account =) Goldeneyes 1 Link to comment
Tyrone
It's legal. If you play you can tag it as Pokemon Fire Red for example. Since the ownership of the ROM is what matters legally. Link to comment
