Hidden Power Type

Where can i obtain Hidden power , and how do i change the type ?

Hidden power is a TM, you can buy it at the 7th sevii in kanto (and some other places i forget) or from the GTL.

To change the type you can use the services of some NPCs (one is in lavender town, other is in celestial tower) but your pokemon must meet some conditions and pay a huge price!

Are you breeding comp pkm?

If that is the case, you should not use the NPCs service, he will decrease your pkm IVs

 ok then how am i supposed to breed one with HP ???  should i teach it Hp and then breed ???

Hidden Power's type depends on your Pokemon's IV's. So you have to guarantee you IV's when you breed
