What does this mean

This is just a stab in the dark, but I'm guessing it has to do with Unova vs Hoenn/Kanto, since Unova is 3D and Kanto/Hoenn are tiled maps.

- maybe sweet scent used more pp on certain Unova maps?

- maybe there are new Unova hordes available now?

- maybe just fixed that you can sweet scent in some Unova cave "entrance tiles"?

It's for example outside of victory road. Since that place is like Castelia and has a way different map grid than other routes/cities sweet scent for some reason wasnt able to be used there. Now you can.
