How can we delete a character?

I want to create a new one in the new region but i have 3 character so i have to delete one but how? Help me please! :)

You can't.

You can't delete characters but you can create as many accounts as you want.

Unfortunately it is not possible to delete characters. You are free to create a new account using the same email address you registered with for your current account.
