[GUI] Steel Theme

I dunno how to display pictures atm, so heres a link to my drive folder with the theme. it uses the default dark and a customized trainer card, pc box, and pokemon summary for the actual steel theme. It's my first attempt, so I might improve it soon™.

Upated: 12/7/2017 (mm/dd/year):Now I've managed to change the breed window as well. Unfortunately the window is stretched so the pokeball looks weird, but otherwise it works.

Upated: 12/9/2017 (mm/dd/year): Figured out which xml line was making the awful green tint at the border of some windows along with certain parts of the ui affecting the colors. Its set to various shades of gray, until i find a better combination or try changing some more xml stuff.

btw, versions 1.1 has the changed breed window, while version 1.2 has the changed gtl,inventory windows

fixed the new pc window. I also removed the other versions as their pc windows are fucked, but the theme has all the stuff.
