Keep it simple: u buy a ticket at 5k by mailing it to IDKPRO in game and u choose a number. Once all tickets are bought. @Bilburt  will choose a number and if  it is your number, U get the prize. So buying more tickets increases ur chances.

 

Number form: so 5k per ticket out of 30 tickets. So spending 5k gives u a 1/30 chance of prize. Buying 5/30=1/6 will only cost 25k. Exp. Share on gtl is $75 000 so if u win, U profit by 50k. Buying 10/30=1/3 & 15/30=1/2 which cost 75k and a pretty high chance of winning though not much profit.
