Event/or Special Swarms

Since there are a lot of unobtainable pokes from gen 4 they should be added at least as rare/event/seasonal swarms throughout the Unova/Kanto/Hoeen regions. It could bring new pokes to complete dex and give more variety to the competitive enviroment.

or event promote special catch event where certain pokes start to spawn for a while.

 

its just an idea tho

 

or make them avaliable in altering cave cycles

This question as already been answered by a member of Staff a few days ago. They want to keep as much unobtainable 4th gen Pokemon as possible for the release of Sinnoh.

i actually looked up what swarms that were in unova and the only pokemon we currently cannot get is croagunk.

 

Even then releasing sinnoh pokemon that arent avaliable in unova will just put sinnoh where johto is, where it might not ever be worth it to add it if all the good pokemon are avaliable aready
