Pokémon : Golett (50%), Druddigon (30%), Mienfoo (20%)

Ev : 1 ~ 2 Atk

 

Location : Route 9

You need : Sweet Scent

Hordes : 3 Pawniards or 5 Garbordors

Ev : 3 ~ 10 Atk

 

Def :

 

No location guarantee a def encounter , but the best one for Unova is :

Location : Wellspring Cave

Pokémon : Roggengola (50%)

Ev : 1 def

 

SpAtk :

Location : Celestial Tower

Pokémon : Litwick (100%)

Ev : 1 SpAtk

 

SpDef :

Location : Surf in Driftveil City

Pokémon : Frillish (100%)

Ev : 1 SpDef

 

Speed :

Location : Surf on Route 3 or in Striaton city .

Pokémon : Basculin (100%)

Ev : 2 Speed

 

Location : Victory Road

You need : Sweet Scent

Horde : Basculin (100%)

Ev : 10 Speed

There are hordes of 5 garbodors in Route 9 if you use sweet scent that gives 10 attack or 20 with macho brace. There are also pawniard hordes in the same spot, but they give half the EVs.

Atk Route 10: Hordes of Herdier and Stoutland. Horde of Boufelants too

def: Hordes of Durant in Victory Road

spatk: Hordes of Golduck in route 12 (under the bridge) not sure if its common

I've been using route 10 for attack and route 12 for spatk and speed

Durant, victory road. If you go in the top entrance from the e4 it's all Durant hordes

I havent been able to encounter these hordes. The only hordes I encounter on Route 9 are Duosion and Gothorita

if you need atk 2 each tranquill in Dridtveil City in the dark Grass neer chargestone cave next to the healing House

Horde Golduck on route 11 gives 10 EVs per encounter
