Better moderation of Global chat

For the past 20 minutes I have been called horrendous names, like Doctor Fat pig uguu and Racist asshole because I simply asked people to use their appropriate language chat (its mostly the Spanish speakers)

 

My request is simple, because a certain CM clearly doesnt think those names warrant some kind of punishment - 

 

 

1: Better moderation of global, ban users being 'mean' and follow up on punishments

2: Enforce language users into their respective chat, same way the forums forced an English version of all text, either force all players to provide an English version if using EN chat or force them into their own chat

3: Worst case scenario start IP banning people

4: Ban NicoAR for calling me a pig uguu numerous times

 

Or EN global can continue to be a racist battleground

We'll keep trying to make chat as clean as we can. Also for the record we do make efforts to fix it when people speak in the wrong language channels.
