How long can I nap before you launch the update

I want to sleep, but I want to be there the second the new update hits. Save me from my dilemna and let me know how long I should set my alarm for, pretty please?

I thought it would be this morning, now I've gone down the rabbit hole of lack-of-sleep, and i'm starting to wonder if Kyu's "24 Hours" was a accurate timer to base stuff on...
