You need to give me the Kingdra set, you've not done that yet.

Naive Kingdra, 252 hp 98 def 160 spdef, rain dance, surf, waterfall, protect/sub, Leftovers or salac. Banded or scarf can't beat rain, any variations that doesn't invest into speed can't taunt Kingdra to stop the rain and consequently lose. Any variation that invested into speed doesn't have enough dmg or bulk to fight Kingdra outside the rain.

Edit: Fixed nature

76+ Atk Choice Band Nidoking Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 96 Def Kingdra: 97-115 (53.2 - 63.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Kingdra Surf vs. 252 HP / 96 SpD Nidoking in Rain: 168-198 (89.3 - 105.3%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

Alternatively, you run lovely kiss+soft sand on nidoking with 252 attack or run taunt and win a 50/50 predict

Put in Protect + leftover. If not, could always sub + petaya

Amnesia/morning sun nidoking with speed enough to outspeed kingdra in the first turn beats it unless kingdra crits.
Last two moves are either a damaging move + torment/disable to make it easier to wall.
EDIT; also @Moetal

Based on my latest creation I present you:

SMEARGLE!!

If you look closely, you find out its stats are awfully terribad (250 BST, even worse than @gbwead´s Aron!!!)

How are the 250 BST distributed?

HP: 55

ATK: 20

DEF: 35

SPA: 20

SPD: 45

SPE: 75

Meh!!!

Nice! You found a pokemon that can´t walbreak at +6.

Wait, who talked about +6?

Smeargle can use every move in the game.

SMEARGLE:

Tier: Mostly NU. UU is usable too.

Item: leftovers / sitrus berry / lum berry

Nature: Jolly /timid

Moves: Spore – Block – Imprison - Transform

EV Spread: Subject to change, depending on what you desire to target, but something like:

(252 speed – 236 hp – 20 def/spdef) OR (252 speed – 196 hp – 60 def/spdef)

Use the first with leftovers (236 hp gives it a leftovers optimal number), use the other with every other item

 - Why?

Simple, Smeargle´s defenses are so bad that after a certain HP number, they get more relevant than said Hp stat. Max speed for spore.

 - What does it trap?

Imprison prevents the target from using a move the user knows already.

Transform makes you access every move known by the opponent.

Suddenly, a bright light shines in your mind:

 - Wait, does that just mean?

Yup. After Imprison + Transform, the target can´t help but send you a death stare as it recoils itself via struggle.

Block for obvious reasons. Spore to stack such moves. It also cripples everything else.

How to use it:

Smeargle is squishy, powerless... and squishy, so it can´t really switch into anything, besides some predicted moves, or status, if it holds lum berry.

Step 1: Send it, either as a lead, or double switch in, against a slower mon.

Step 2: Pay attention to standard smeargle common checks:

-          Bellossom – immune to spore + resists +6 exspeed)

-          Solrock – not immune to spore, but keks at full boosted smeargle)

-          Hypno – same as Bellossom

There are more, but you get it: Slow af mons.

Step 2.5: Spam spore. Use Block if you predict a sleep immune slower check.

Step 3: After spore/Block – Use the compliment move. Switch if against a faster mon, unless you have the luck in sleep. Use Imprison against sleep immunes. Bellossom can´t 2hko either way.

0 SpA Bellossom Giga Drain vs. 196 HP / 60 SpD Smeargle: 64-76 (41.2 - 49%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Victreebel is a problem, but they fear this:

+6 252 Atk Smeargle Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Victreebel: 153-181 (98.7 - 116.7%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

Step 4: Click Transform. On switch, every check can only attack you one time up to this point. None at all if it sleeps for 2+ turns.

Finally, watch as the opponent struggles to death (Most wall possess recovering, so you can shrug off the damage)

Let´s assume the opponent knows your set before hand, and plays accordingly.

1-      Either they send victreebel, which still doesn’t rekt you – see later.

2-      They send other offensive mon, to prevent trap – Just spore. Still cripples everything non Vbell.

Worst Scenario:

Opponent has a spored pokemon already, so you can´t use the second. He also uses an offensive mon, so you can´t trap:

Switch out. Or, if smeargle faster, use Transform – This move turns you into the target, copying its stats, besides Hp!!! – Which is a plus, since smeargle´s invested hp is superior to most offensive mons.

 - What if you can´t force a switch?

1-      You are against Bellossom - You survive the 2hko, while you Block + Imprison. On the third turn, you transform, surviving the struggle. Finally, you recover with Bellossom´s move and eventually win.

2-      You are against another wall – Block + Spore+ Imprison + Transform makes them able to attack you one /two times only before you kill them. Spore + Block is safer, but relies on 3 turn sleeps. Otherwise, Spore + switch.

3-      You are against a faster wallbreaker –Switch out and try again.

In sum. Smeargle can:

1-      Spore Anything. (Big advantage)

2-      Trap anything that can´t be spored.(An even bigger advantage)

3-      Copy the opponent Pokemon with Transform if it can´t do anything else (Can be or not an advantage, depending on situation)

I hope you enjoy this set.

now I know how cancer this set is
